Primotron International Trading was originally established in 2013 as an international trading group serving industrial businesses. In 2019, the company was acquired and reorganized under new ownership, with a management team bringing decades of combined experience in international sourcing, industrial products, and procurement services.

While the legal and formal execution of the reorganization was completed in 2024, the organizers’ professional expertise and industry background have ensured continuity of service and technical capability throughout the transition.

Today, Primotron operates as a trusted partner in the Philippines, offering a wide portfolio of industrial solutions—including instrumentation, metering systems, pumps, compressors and process valves—supported by strong international partnerships across Europe, USA, Japan, and South Korea.
